Oh, Baby!
Nader and I left the office last week when we heard that Nader's sister Muna was going to have her baby Tuesday evening in LA. With great excitement, we wrapped up our work, packed our bags and headed to my hometown to await the arrival of our new nephew! It was quite exciting, and the drive was definitely worth it.
Little Rami was born at 6:56 p.m. and he is just a treasure! Right now, we think he looks most like dear dad, Ian. Rami loves to sleep, and sleep, and sleep....We were so fortunate to be able to document the first six days of his life.
During our visit to LA, we were able to see a lot of our families and friends, in addition to enjoying many wonderful meals (Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Middle-Eastern, and more!) that I can't get here in the desert.
